MIDAS (Mobile Image & Data Acquisition System) is a completely bespoke and unique combination of the latest hardware and software making it the only fully loaded forensic retrieval and processing system of its kind globally.

Until now numerous connections and recording formats have been the main obstacle in the recovery of CCTV evidence. Recovery of video evidence into a viewable format was time consuming and laborious. With the MIDAS evidence can be recovered and analysed in no time at all whilst ensuring forensically sound procedures and capture.

MIDAS – DCL SOLO Portable Solution:

The New MIDAS – DCL SOLO is the latest and most advanced in the MIDAS range which boasts integrated battery technology, specifically engineered to work with advanced desktop level components, allows up to 4 hours of battery life.

The MIDAS SOLO allows on-scene recovery from analogue and digital CCTV sources. The addition of Cognitech’s integrated Tri-Suite 64 the latest and most advanced forensic enhancement suite, allowing immediate forensic analysis and enhancement. As with the DCL the solution includes the world’s only automatic photogrammetry software package.

Daetech’s optional robust battery case can allow a further 4 hours, allowing up to 8 hours off grid working. The MIDAS SOLO now also features, 4G/5G communications, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
